No facility named "Bristol Virginia Arena" could be verified to exist. The only real rodeo venue confirmed on the Virginia side of Bristol is a private farm arena ("Rodeo in the Valley") on Reedy Creek Road in Washington County, used for an annual rodeo produced by BSN Rodeo Co.
