Grayson Highlands State Park is a 4,520-acre Virginia state park near Mount Rogers and Whitetop Mountain, Virginia's two highest peaks, known for alpine-like highland scenery and free-roaming wild ponies. The park features a dedicated equestrian campground (Chestnut Hollow) and over 7 miles of horse trails connecting to the Virginia Highlands Horse Trail and Jefferson National Forest.
