Oatlands is a National Trust for Historic Preservation site and former plantation estate located in Loudoun County's horse country, five miles south of Leesburg. Built c. 1808 with a Greek Revival mansion and formal gardens, Oatlands also hosts an active cross-country schooling course used by the Loudoun Hunt Pony Club for eventing and horse trials, reflecting the area's foxhunting and steeplechase heritage.
