The Virginia Highlands Horse Trail is a roughly 67-mile equestrian trail within the Mount Rogers National Recreation Area (Jefferson National Forest) in Southwest Virginia, running from Elk Garden to VA Route 94 near Ivanhoe. It is accessed via several horse camps (Fox Creek, Hussy Mountain, Raven Cliff) and from Grayson Highlands State Park, and features mountainous, multi-use terrain popular with trail riders.
